As always, our camp will be in its prime spot nestled among sugarcane fields and shady pecan trees, just a short walk (500m) to the heart of the festival. Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-in: From 12:00 midday on the first day of your stay
Check-out: By no later than 11:00am on your final day. Late check-out will incur an additional fee equivalent to a one-night stay.

Your Stay Includes:

Spacious tents for two with twin or double bed options (booked per tent, not per person), featuring bedside lamps and a power source to charge your devices.
VIP flush toilets, hot showers, real beds, and fresh linens—no stretchers or bean bags here.
Daily gourmet breakfasts and fresh coffee prepared by our executive chef in the Harambee dining and lounge area.
A warm and welcoming atmosphere curated with Harambee’s signature hospitality.

Specify check-in/out dates and the total nights for your stay.
Each tent must confirm bed preference (Double or Twin beds). Double beds are limited and subject to availability; late bookings may be assigned twin beds.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving full payment and a confirmation email from Harambee Hotel (Pty) Ltd. Bookings are non-transferable

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled >30 days in advance receive a 70% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, as all arrangements are finalized by this time.

Our spacious walk-in canvas tents offer a cozy, stylish retreat, equipped with two comfortable beds, warm linen, and towels. Private Showers:
Each Lux tent features a private outdoor hot shower and a serviced porta-potty toilet discreetly positioned behind the tent, providing an exclusive touch of privacy and comfort in your own space.

Our Swati gourmet chef will delight you with a filling breakfasts to fuel up for the festival’s vibrant days and nights!
Friday & Monday Morning:
